Processing Time

We will pack and send your package within 5 workdays of receiving your payment.

  • Order Cutoff: Monday-Friday by 5:00 PM (GMT+09:00 JST)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This includes equipment debugging, reinforced wooden crating, and export customs preparation.

Regional Shipping Costs

We implement zone-based pricing for different regions in Japan. Please note: Since vending machines are overweight/oversized cargo, we cannot offer free shipping nationwide. All fees are transparently listed.

Delivery Time

We are dedicated to making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Normally the delivery time is 8-9 workdays.

Total Delivery Time Calculation

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time

  • Order Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Transit Time: 7-12 business days (depending on region)

Important Delivery Terms

  • Trade Terms: We default to [DAP/FOB/DDP - please select as appropriate] terms.
  • Delivery Method: LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight.
  • Unloading Service: Default delivery includes "Curbside Delivery" only.

CRITICAL: Vending machines require a forklift or liftgate for unloading. If your location lacks a loading dock, please select "Liftgate Service" at checkout for an additional fee of [¥XXX]. Drivers do not enter buildings, go upstairs, or provide installation services.

Customs & Taxes

To maintain transparency:

  • Import Duties: All cross-border import duties are borne by [Buyer / Seller].
  • Consumption Tax: The final price at checkout [includes/excludes] 10% Japanese consumption tax.

DDP Option: If DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is selected, all prices include customs duties and import VAT. No additional customs fees for the buyer.

Damage Claims & Inspection

Due to the nature of large wooden crate packaging:
  • Before Signing: ALWAYS inspect crates for damage before signing delivery documents.
  • If Damaged: Mark "Package Damaged" on the bill of lading, take photos, and contact our customer service within 24 hours.
